Hiring Mortgage Roles:

As an Encompass Administrator, you'll manage and enhance Encompass settings, input forms, and business rules. You'll evaluate workflows, resolve system issues, implement change requests, and support integrations while collaborating with product managers, developers, and support teams to drive efficiency and maintain system integrity.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience performing Ellie Mae Encompass Administration.
• 5+ years' experience building Input Forms and creating Business Rules within Encompass/LOS.
• 5+ years' experience within the Mortgage Industry.
• Encompass Administrator Certification.

As a Loan Officer Assistant, you'll support loan officers in managing applications by motivating applicants to submit documentation, ensuring smooth pre-approvals and loan closings. With bilingual fluency and strong persuasion skills, you'll be the voice that keeps the process moving until every detail is complete.

• Experience: At least 1 year in sales, persuasion-driven, or client follow-up roles (finance/mortgage preferred).
• Education: Minimum high school diploma; preference for university or technical degree in administration, finance, or sales.
• Languages: Bilingual (Spanish-English); clear English pronunciation without a strong accent required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems; ability to learn loan management tools.
• Knowledge of VoIP, CRM, and office software
